Information for Exhibitors

Entry Forms

Due to the popularity of this event and the finite limit on resources at the GMES site, entry is by invitation only. Anyone who is not expecting to receive an invitation is welcome to apply and should do so by contacting the relevant organiser. See the Contact Us page. If space is available then a set of entry forms will be sent for your completion.

The three categories of entry are:

• Marquee Exhibits (including boats to be sailed and/or as exhibition models, and radio controlled military vehicles and other road vehicles)
• Traction Engines and other Road Vehicles (to be run in the field, not displayed in the marquee)
• Railway Locomotives (to be run on the passenger-hauling railways)
